$35-50/hr (commensurate with experience)
While the schedule will include some set weekly hours for planning and content creation, we’d appreciate occasional “as needed” availability to help manage time-sensitive opportunities or issues that arise.

LogicPrep is a globally recognized college advisory company, providing strategic test preparation, comprehensive college guidance and academic support. We are known for our warm, expert, and highly personalized approach. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help us create original content to engage with college bound students and their families, share our story, and grow our audience on social media.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing engaging, visually polished content that reflects LogicPrep’s voice and values in concert with our marketing team. This includes developing graphics, short videos, and written copy that showcase our team, highlight our expertise, and connect meaningfully with our audience. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter and team player who is both a strong visual storyteller and a sharp communicator.
Responsibilities
Design and create original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (company page and CEO’s profile), and YouTube including graphics, stories, carousels, short videos, and reels
Repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and webinars into platform-specific content
Collaborate with team members to showcase company culture and student success stories
Plan and schedule posts in advance using a content calendar
Design graphics and write captions and supporting copy aligned with our tone (expert, warm, occasionally playful
Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies to drive engagement and follower growth (including paid advertising)
Stay current on design trends and best practices in education and social media
Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting social media for a brand or organization
Strong design skills, with experience using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams
Experience or interest in education is a plus
