Jessica

Jessica has spent more than seven years working closely with students across a wide range of ages and learning styles. She began her work in education while at UCLA, supporting early readers with phonological awareness and helping high school students develop stronger analytical writing skills. Today, she is committed to guiding students through the process of developing authentic, thoughtful essays that reflect their voice and experiences.

In addition to her work with students, Jessica is an experienced editor and content writer.

She has edited thousands of written submissions and writes lifestyle, travel, and wellness content. Her editorial background allows her to help students refine their ideas, strengthen their storytelling, and communicate their perspectives with clarity and confidence.

Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, baking thumbprint cookies, crocheting sweaters, and playing with her two cats.
