Important Updates to Your Test Prep Experience

Dear Families,

As we continue to grow and refine LogicPrep’s Test Prep program, our goal is to create a more data-driven, results-oriented, and seamless experience for every family. We want you to feel supported and informed throughout the process, and we’re excited to share a few updates that will help us do just that.

Introducing Marissa — Progress Oversight

Many of you know Marissa as an exceptional educator, resource for our students globally and manager of our tutoring team. She will now be overseeing all aspects of the test prep program for all LogicPrep students—from diagnostics and goal setting to ongoing progress monitoring. Going forward, Marissa will be your point person for any questions about your child’s progress, practice or real testing plan, or overall trajectory.

Murilo — Enhancing The Family Experience

Murilo will  be dedicating his time to deeper work that directly enhances your child’s experience—helping them stay motivated, build confidence, strengthen their mindset, and connect more fully to their goals. This shift means you can expect Murilo to play a more intentional and high-impact role throughout your child’s journey.

What You Can Expect Going Forward

To create a clearer, more predictable rhythm for your child’s test prep, families can now expect:

  • Online practice tests (SAT and ACT), self-proctored and available on demand, at any time, will soon be available through our Student Dashboard. Our in person practice testing will be offered on Saturdays only moving forward.

  • Monthly progress reports, including homework completion tracking, data analytics and feedback from tutors

    • Note: Practice test scores will be emailed automatically after each exam. All insights will also be consolidated into your monthly progress report and scores can be accessed at any time through your Dashboard portal.

  • A clear channel for questions: please direct any progress-related questions to Marissa and she will direct your family to the appropriate team member.

A Note on Billing and Flexibility

We’ve heard from many families that, as students progress, their needs can change. To honor that, we’re introducing a more flexible and responsive approach.

At the end of a package, billing will simply shift to hourly at the same effective rate as your original package. This allows us to adjust pacing, frequency, and focus in real time. To make this as seamless as possible, we ask families to keep a credit card on file for per-hour billing. If you prefer to pay by wire, you will be invoiced monthly.

We’ll be reaching out individually regarding both scheduling and billing to ensure everything feels clear, smooth, and tailored to your family’s preferences.

Thank you, as always, for your trust in us; it’s a privilege to guide your family through this journey.

Warmly,
Lindsay
