With a wide range of leadership experience in both selective college admission and high school college counseling, Erika is known for providing personalized, strategic advising support with warmth and care to students of all kinds. She reviewed thousands of applications over her six combined years in the admission offices at Wellesley College, Colorado College, and Franklin & Marshall College, as well as visited dozens of high schools domestically and abroad, liaised with coaches and student-athletes, and oversaw campus visit and student interviewer teams. She also earned her Masters Degree in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused her studies on enrollment management and supported the Office of Admission with interviewing prospective students.
Since switching to “the other side of the desk” in 2019, Erika served as the Director of College Counseling at an independent boarding school in New England, where she counseled a broad range of students through their admission processes, from student-athletes and international students to future engineers and creative writers. Over her years at LogicPrep, Erika has established herself as a trustworthy advisor who families can rely on to not only help students submit their strongest application possible, but to take stress out of the process and help students grow into the best versions of themselves.
Outside of LogicPrep, you will likely find Erika chasing around her toddler, tending to her garden, playing tennis, reading a good book, cooking a new recipe, or working on a house project.
