David is a published playwright, screenwriter, and lyricist whose background in writing and theater gives him a unique edge at teaching English and Reading and helping students find their voice for college essays.
In addition to teaching for LogicPrep since 2008, David has penned a number of successful projects — including “Yank!” which has played Off-Broadway, in London, Rio de Janeiro (in Portuguese), and many cities around the United States. Other projects include the podcast musical “Loveville High” and "Peter Pan Jr." for Disney Theatricals, produced thousands of times across America.
David loves learning languages (German, Portuguese, French) and brings an energetic, theatrical, and spirited approach to his lessons, driving up students’ scores and making their essays sparkle with his knowledge and enthusiasm.
